Pls. like my Facebook page, Bak-paker's Adventures.
Lucban, a town sitting on the foothills of
is known for its Pancit Habhab and Lucban Longganisa. Your visit won’t be complete without trying these native delicacies. Mt. Banahaw
Pancit Habhab – Different cooks have different recipes in making the pancit habhab, but one thing remains constant, it should be eaten this way (pls. see image above)! This is best eaten WITHOUT USING A FORK (this will be served to you with banana leaf as your plate) and with vinegar. A must try!
Lucban Longganisa – The Lucban Longanisa is salty and garlicky and smaller in size compared to the one being sold in the markets of Metro Manila. This is best eaten with vinegar and rice. Yum!
