I love to eat! When I go to new places, I always search for local delicacies. When I was in the Bicol Region, I have learned that aside from the common Bicol Express, they still have one native dish to offer – the Pinangat.
The Pinangat or Pangat is a dish that originated from the Bicol Region. It is a nice blend of taro leaves, stuffed with seasoned ground pork, tied, and simmered in coconut milk. The Bicolanos are chilli eating people so expect this dish to be really spicy.
